KanaHost is a managed AI assistant hosting platform operated by ContextX Inc. This page explains what data we handle, what we do not do, and how we keep your AI assistant private on dedicated infrastructure assigned to your account.

- Your assistant runs on a dedicated server for your account, not on a shared customer machine.
- We do not train AI models on your data, and we do not routinely read your conversations.
- Your infrastructure is hosted primarily in the European Unioni, with traffic protected by Tailscale and Cloudflare.
- If you choose to use outside AI models, requests may go to Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google so your assistant can answer you.
- We only use essential cookies for sign-in through Clerk. We do not run ad trackers.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, and use GDPR rights where they apply.

KanaHost collects only the information reasonably needed to create, secure, operate, and support your account.
This may include:
- Account information such as your name, email address, billing contact details, and account identifiers.
- Service configuration information, such as the integrations, model providers, domains, or channels you choose to connect.
- Operational metadata needed to run the service, such as server health, uptime events, crash logs, deployment events, API usage counts, and authentication events.
- Support information you send us when you contact support or ask us to investigate a problem.
If your assistant processes emails, calendar entries, documents, tasks, or conversations, that content is handled on your dedicated environment so the service can work for you. We treat that content as your data.
