- You are responsible for your account, your connected tools, and making sure you use the service legally.
- You keep ownership of your data and content. We only need limited rights to host and process it for you.
- Payments are handled through Stripe, and paid fees are generally non-refundable unless we say otherwise.
- We aim for 99.9% availability, but no online service can promise perfect uptime.
- If something goes seriously wrong, our liability is limited, and United States law governs these Terms.
